Terms and Conditions
General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Breeziway LLC either online or by any other form of communication, and form part of the contract between us. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices exclude sales tax. For state of Michigan residents only (under current legislation), this will be added to your order. No contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from the suppliers of our materials we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority.
Delivery
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 10 working days. If you live in the United States we may be able ship purchased items to you faster. Within 48 hrs of placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements. If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order materials for completion of your order, you will be contacted within 48 hrs. We will ensure that you are kept fully informed of the progress of your order with updates every 7 days. Please note that the more extensive the nature of your customization, the longer we will need to fulfill your order. It is ideal to allow us at least 1-2 months' time to prepare your custom-made headpieces. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and to notify us within 48 hrs of receipt if problems exist.
Products
Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only; for example the color of materials may appear different on your computer screen than their actual colors. The custom dying of feathers using Procion dyes involves the bonding of pigments to protein molecules in the feathers. Feathers of different protein structure will dye different depths of color for the same hue. We believe that this enhances the appearance of our headpieces. Please note, however, that if your headpiece contains different feathers, the color of these feathers may vary in intensity.
Payment
Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed. A contract between us is not formed until we have processed the transaction and started the creation or dispatch process. We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards, or bank accounts via Paypal. If you experience any problems while making a payment please email us at Breeziway@aol.com for advice.
Guarantee
We strive to make your customized product everything you imagine it will be and will work with you as we can via photographs, etc. toward this end.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made to the above email/land address, or phone number. All complaints will be responded to within 48 hours (M-F).
Sales & Service Working Hours

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order of ready-made headpieces within 48 hrs of placing your order. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by an email to Breeziway@aol.com or a phone call to 248-797-9018. You are bound to complete your contract of sale with us for all customized pieces once your order has been placed. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once your headpiece has been shipped.
